Thank you for participating in our event.

 

Below you will find the parking and event maps. Vendors will be at the entrance on the sidewalk and placed in sequential order from 1 to 14 along the arrows. We will be there early for set up so if you need more direction, please look for a Lion member in a purple or yellow Lions Club shirt. 

 

We moved the event from the grassy area to the sidewalk so please disregard the previous map that was originally posted. We look forward to seeing you all there! 

 

 

Participant Guidelines

1. Fee is $20 per stall.  Checks can be made out to the Ewa Beach Lions Club and mailed to P.O. Box 2044, Ewa Beach, HI 96706.  Payment must be received to reserve your stall. There will also be an option to pay via Paypal during the application process below.

2. Set up time begins at 8:00 am

3. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents (no larger than 10'x10'), 2 tables (no longer than 8 feet), and chairs.                                                  TENT PEGS AND STAKES ARE NOT ALLOWED due to the sprinkler system. 

4. NO FOOD or BEVERAGES are to be sold.

5. No electric will be provided.

6. Vendor cannot sell their space or share it with a non-registered exhibitor.

7. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area(s) before leaving.

8. Specifics to stall locations will be emailed the week of the event. 

9. All payments final. No refunds will be provided in the event the vendor cancels.
